No. Dashprep is a Shopify app plus a web board. You install the app from your Shopify admin and open the board in any browser — nothing to download.
No. Dashprep has read-only access. It reads orders, products, and customer details to build your board, but it never edits, cancels, or creates anything in Shopify.
Your board lives at your own address on dash-prep.com (for example, yourstore.dash-prep.com). Sign in with the admin account you created during onboarding. See Open your prep board.
Yes. Add a login for each person in Team and everyone shares the same live board. There’s no per-seat charge.
Yes. Open the board on as many screens as your plan allows, and pair dedicated wall displays that stay signed in. Essentials supports 3 screens at once, Advanced 15, and Professional unlimited.
Usually it’s a filter or the date. Check that you’re on the right date (or turn on all unfulfilled) and clear any active filters. See Troubleshooting.
Only if more than one spot on your floor makes different things. Stations route each item to the right screen automatically. They’re available on Advanced and Professional. See Prep stations.
