Settings let you shape how the board looks and behaves. Most settings can be set per person or locked store-wide, so individuals can tailor their own view while you keep the essentials consistent for everyone.

Per-user vs. store-wide

Each group of settings has a scope:

Per user

Each person’s choice applies only to them — great for theme or card density, which come down to personal preference and the screen they’re on.

Store-wide

Lock a group and your choice applies to everyone, overriding personal settings — great for keeping the whole floor consistent.
Changes save automatically as you make them.

What you can set

Your default view (all orders, unfulfilled only, or in progress), whether to show all unfulfilled orders regardless of date, and whether to show the auto-complete prompt when an order’s last item is finished.
Theme (light, dark, or match the device), card density (compact or comfortable), and which fields show on each order card — customer name, order number, order time, product names, quantities, delivery address, phone, email, pickup time, order note, and prep notes.
Play a sound on new orders, play a due-time warning sound, and set how many minutes ahead to warn (15 by default). See Sequencing & due times.
Turn prep stations on or off and choose your grouping (by product type or collection). See Set up prep stations. (Advanced and Professional plans.)
Reset all settings back to their defaults if you want a clean slate.
Set the fields on the card to just what your floor uses. A card with only the customer, items, and due time is faster to read across the room than one crammed with everything.
