On a busy day the board can hold a lot. Filters and search let each person cut it down to exactly what’s relevant to them.
Filters
Open the Filters popover to narrow the board by:
- Product type — show only one kind of product.
- Collection — show only items in a Shopify collection.
- Station — show only one prep station’s items (when prep stations are on).
Active filters appear as removable chips across the top, so it’s always clear what you’re looking at. Tap a chip to drop that filter, or Clear all to reset.
Give each station’s screen its own filter — the oven display filtered to the oven station, the packing display to packing. Every screen then shows only the work that belongs to it.
Date
By default the board focuses on the day’s work. Use the date selector to switch between Today and a specific date you choose from the calendar.
All unfulfilled
Turn on all unfulfilled to see every order that still needs to go out, regardless of date — useful for catching anything that slipped past its day. The board shows an All Unfulfilled badge so you know you’re in that mode.
Search
Start typing in the search box to find an order (or product, in Product View) instantly. Search updates as you type, so a customer name or item is only a few keystrokes away.
