Dashprep bills through Shopify’s own subscription system. That means you approve and pay for Dashprep the same way as any other Shopify app — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and you never enter card details into Dashprep itself.

Start your free trial

When you pick a plan (during onboarding or from the Dashprep app), Shopify shows you a secure approval page. Approving starts your 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Change plans

Open Billing in the Dashprep app

In your Shopify admin, open Dashprep and go to Billing (or View plans).

Pick a new plan

Choose a different tier or switch between monthly and annual. Shopify handles the proration.

Approve the change

Confirm on Shopify’s approval page and your new plan takes effect.
Upgrade when you add stations or screens; downgrade if your volume drops.

Keep an eye on usage

Your plan includes a monthly order allowance. Dashprep shows your current usage in the app so you can see where you stand and upgrade before you hit the limit.

Cancel

Uninstalling the Dashprep app from your Shopify admin ends the subscription — Shopify stops billing you. See Uninstalling Dashprep for what happens to your data.
Because billing is managed by Shopify, questions about a specific charge or refund can also be handled through your Shopify billing settings. For anything else, email us.
