Your prep board is a web app with its own address on dash-prep.com. Unlike the Dashprep app inside Shopify admin (which you use for setup and billing), the board is what your team looks at all day.

Find your address

During onboarding, Dashprep showed you your board’s web address — it looks like: 
yourstore.dash-prep.com
You can always find it again on the Dashprep home screen inside your Shopify admin.
On the Advanced and Professional plans you can choose a custom subdomain (for example, your brand name). On Essentials your board uses the address assigned at signup. See Plans & pricing.

Sign in

Open your address in any modern browser and sign in with the admin account you created during onboarding. From there you can add the rest of your team so everyone works from the same board.

Put it on the floor

The board is designed to live on a screen where your team can see it — a wall-mounted monitor, a tablet on the bench, or a laptop by the packing table.

Any browser, any device

Open the board on a spare laptop, tablet, or smart display. It updates live — no need to refresh.

Dedicated screens

For always-on wall displays, pair the screen once so it stays signed in and shows the board full-screen.
Set the screen to never sleep and open the board full-screen. New orders appear on their own, so once it’s up, nobody has to touch it.
