What Dashprep stores

To build the board, Dashprep keeps a synced copy of the store data it reads from Shopify:
  • Orders and their line items
  • Products, variants, and collections
  • Customer names and delivery addresses shown on order cards
Plus the settings and accounts you create in Dashprep — your team’s logins, prep stations, regions, and preferences.
Dashprep has read-only access to Shopify. It never edits, cancels, or creates anything in your store. See what Dashprep can access.

Your data is your own

  • Each store’s data is kept separate and private to that store.
  • Access to your board is limited to the team logins you create.
  • Connections to your board are encrypted.

GDPR and data requests

Dashprep supports Shopify’s privacy and data-request framework. If a customer asks to see or delete their data, those requests flow through Shopify’s standard process and Dashprep responds accordingly. If you need help with a specific request, email us.
