## Help us help you faster

When you write in, include:

* Your **store name** (or board address, `yourstore.dash-prep.com`).
* **What you expected** to happen and **what happened** instead.
* The **screen or feature** involved (the board, stations, settings, billing…).
* A **screenshot** if you can — a picture of the board is worth a lot.
