# Your team

> Add the people on your floor so everyone works from the same live board.

Dashprep is at its best when the whole floor is on one board. Add a login for each person so they see the same live orders and updates.

## Add your team

Open **Team** in the Dashprep app inside your Shopify admin.

    Enter the person's name and email and create their account.

  <Step title="They sign in at your board">
    Team members sign in at your board's web address (`yourstore.dash-prep.com`) — not through Shopify. They don't need a Shopify account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit or remove anytime">
    Update a member's details or remove their access whenever your team changes.
  </Step>

  Everyone on your team has the same access to the board — there are no separate admin and staff permission levels. Add the people who work your prep floor.

## Passwords

Each person sets and manages their own password. If someone is locked out, they can reset their password from the sign-in screen at your board's address.

  How many people can share a board isn't limited by seats — Dashprep plans are priced by order volume and number of screens, not per user. See [Plans & pricing](/billing/plans).
