# Filtering & search

> Narrow the board to just what matters right now — by station, product type, collection, or date — and find any order fast.

On a busy day the board can hold a lot. Filters and search let each person cut it down to exactly what's relevant to them.

## Filters

Open the **Filters** popover to narrow the board by:

* **Product type** — show only one kind of product.
* **Collection** — show only items in a Shopify collection.
* **Station** — show only one prep station's items (when [prep stations](/config/prep-stations) are on).

Active filters appear as removable **chips** across the top, so it's always clear what you're looking at. Tap a chip to drop that filter, or **Clear all** to reset.

<Tip>
  Give each station's screen its own filter — the oven display filtered to the oven station, the packing display to packing. Every screen then shows only the work that belongs to it.

## Date

By default the board focuses on the day's work. Use the date selector to switch between **Today** and a specific date you choose from the calendar.

### All unfulfilled

Turn on **all unfulfilled** to see every order that still needs to go out, regardless of date — useful for catching anything that slipped past its day. The board shows an **All Unfulfilled** badge so you know you're in that mode.

## Search

Start typing in the search box to find an order (or product, in Product View) instantly. Search updates as you type, so a customer name or item is only a few keystrokes away.
